Why: As the parent company of 22 billion dollar brands, PepsiCo has always been able to attract talent. But in such a highly competitive marketplace, they faced an ongoing challenge of attracting the right talent.

What: I refreshed their employment narrative with a new employee value proposition, “What makes you unique, makes us better”, then authored a recruitment site and toolkit that brought the proposition to life through anchor headlines, support messaging, and digital content that connected emotionally across the globe.
